Tony hated going to the restroom at school. He avoided it at all costs- not that he was afraid. It was just exhausting, you know? The arguments, the fist fights, the name-calling. Dealing with it just wasn’t worth it if he could help it.
But the breakfast he’d, for once, had time to eat this morning wasn’t helping any, and he found himself asking to be excused to the bathroom halfway through fourth period.
He licked his lips nervously as he entered the boys’ restroom, and everything was going pretty okay until he was out of the stall and approaching the line of sinks. Turning the faucet on, he watched another student stroll into the bathroom out of the corner of his eye, and he almost audibly sighed. This kid was definitely not someone he wanted to be in a bathroom alone with, but he’d be out soon. Hopefully.
