I’ve had quite a few knock downes this week. Failures in business, set backs with family, and battles with friends. It’s probably the first time in my life that I have sat back and really reflected on what that person or people are going through. Before 2018, I was the type of person who would ignore it, block it out or get angry and move on. I was reactive instead of being reflective. Now I see the true colours in people, their struggles and weaknesses their pain and happiness. I get to choose if I was to support them in their journey and open myself up to the pain or or slip by and continue on with mine. Life is an absolute mystery. I get to experience it all on my terms now and with that comes the bruises of what I have learnt along the way. I see those bruises as the scar for next time. And knowing I showed up the best way I can. There are so many mistakes that we as grown ups make. That too not a small scale. We make bridges that fall and people die. We make roads , drunk driving.. well that's self explanatory. That as grown ups and we manage to get away. Failing in school is like the biggest crime of all. I failed. I had to repeat. I hated it. It was an innocent mistake. The urge to play more than mug. The methods of teaching, teachers (not all) treating me differently cos they could "see it coming". Now when I look back..that's the most cruel punishment for something so childish. I think scars are beautiful

12/9/14 - yesterday i survived one of the many obstacles to come in my life. logically this one wasn't going to kill me yet i was overpowered with the fear of death. i guess it is natural to feel this with age but i know it is mainly because i haven't achieved my life's goal yet nor have i met the love of my life- my soulmate. i also never want to leave my current love ones behind. they are all i have and i'm definitely blessed regardless.

Whenever you hit your peak of frustration, look at your physical scars. Deeply! And analyze how our amazing bodies manage to rebuild skin, it may not be as esthetic as it used to be. But the fact that we carry cells that immediately rebuild a shield without us having to do anything is so amazing and it gives us a little peek of our individual power, given to us by tiny non viewable universe! This is so dope.

We always have to remember that we are always blessed. We are not given trials if God doesn't believe that we can handle it and get through it. Always be thankful because there is always someone who has it way worse. I am not saying that in the context of pitying or putting others down just to make yourself feel better. I'm saying that you should be THANKFUL for what you have. Love yourself, love your own life. That's the key to happiness. And if you shine with positiveness, then the universe will reflect positive aura on you. The world is a matter of energy and what you give will come back to you. Law of attraction. The law of attraction is a pseudoscientific belief or theory, that "like attracts like," and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. If something bad happens, it's okay to cry it out and be angry for a moment but you can't just stay angry. You have to move past it and take action. Learn and grow from things that shattered you for a moment but let you heal and grow for a lifetime. Be proud of all of your scars because it is true that "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger."
