Ingredients: 2 slices gluten-free bread. 1 ripe avocado. Salt and pepper to taste. Black olives. Vegan cream cheese. Edible eyes store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: Toast the gluten-free bread until crispy. While the bread is toasting, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread slices. Using a small knife, cut out ghost shapes from the black olives and place them on top of the avocado toast. Create a spiderweb pattern on the toast using vegan cream cheese, using a piping bag or a small spoon. Place edible eyes on the toast to complete the spooky look.
