If you fancy adding more scatological barbs to your Bard's repertoire, here are some of the ones that didn't make the cut for Baldur's Gate 3
Hi, I’m an adult in his thirties who still thinks replacing “clap your hands” with “craps your pants” when singing along with songs is funny.
Writing advice from the questionable taste of my subconscious:
"It doesn't matter if it's shit. In fact, it's better if it is. The expulsion of that mental constipation is expressing the impacted anal glands of your mind."
scatological — to denote the literary trope of the grotesque body; to describe works that make reference to excrement or obscenities
Andres Serrano's *Immersion (Piss Christ)*, is an excellent example of the conservative obsession with the scatological. Now you might point out that it's us liberal effete types that gave an award to a picture of piss, which is true, but unless you live near Winston-Salem and love art, I'm willing to bet you can't name any other piece to receive the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art's Award in the Visual Arts. Andres Serrano would have remained an artist of middling renown if not for the work of Republican Senator Jesse Helms.
I was building up to a point here about how conservative culture is incredibly sensitive to the works of Serrano and Lil Nas X and how their anger at the suggestion of a connection between the sacred and the scatalogical points to a fundamental spiritual and psychological flaw in the conservative mind, but I don't actually think I have enough here to pay off that premise. I'm going to bail out now, but if you would like to know more, watch Bill Moyer's interview of Sister Wendy on the subject.
