Creating a Villian
Going through over 70 printed pages and the conclusion I came to is, I have 3 different versions of the character of Jon Redding. In one version he's a human vampire who consumes magic to keep himself from going insane with magic lust. One is a werewolf cursed to regurgitate human flesh so he is always starving and always killing. The third is a human conduit for magic.
He's always the child of a murderous cult who covered his body in tattoos that were their spells in code.
He's always an english teacher at the prep school the teen characters attend.
He's always super secretive and appears helpful while keeping his tattoos hidden.
Going to throw the three supernatural lines of his origin into a blender and create this :
An artificial witch who has a young boy was tainted by witches blood. Forced to be tattooed from collarbone to toes with every spell the witches of the cult knew. He is a living grimoire. Because of the magic he was imbued with he is always needing more. Using his beauty and intellect he seduced witches and killed them for their souls and magic. Consuming them he kept the ability to use magic, if he doesn't consume it then he becomes a strung out junkie of a hitman.
He will be the original villian of Wolf Creek but obviously won't stay that way as he interacts more with the main werewolf who eventually will be his strange bedfellow. I haven't seen a bootycall ScottTheo story yet so will start them as enemies to bootycall before actual feelings grow between them.
The main werewolf wants to use Jon's magic to restore his wife from a half wolf half human form to full human again. He is dishonest about this which drives a wedge between them when Jon realizes what the werewolf wants. (Insert drama) the two will be enemies again til love inevitably wins
