What happened to those versions of trivia board games like Trivial Pursuit and Scene It? back in like the mid-noughties or so that came with DVDs you'd put in and it'd cycle through the exact same five questions over and over again, with music and visuals that sent you to a liminal space so intensely and strangely unsettling you didn't want to leave the fucking room you were in, which simultaneously both comforted and exacerbated the eerieness of everything like you were watching a car wreck and couldn't look away. Fuck was up with that?
