I played a board game against Bill Cipher and lost. Since I lost, he removed 3 random steps from my stairs. We then had a rematch, which I won, and I got to turn all of Bill Cipher's furniture a dull purple colour.

Hello Dr. Meshi!!! Have you seen the new Dungeon Meshi board game announcement?
Oh! They're releasing monster eater in english!
It originally came out in 2022, the wiki actually has some good information about it if you're curious
I think that's the best resolution of the cover illustration I've seen though! Before I had only seen photos of it
I have also posted the card art of the characters under the monster eater tag! And lastly here's an illustration Kui made for the promo of the game
Bull Leaping in ancient Minoan culture
For the boardgame expansion pack "Minos: Dawn of Faith" I was asked to imagine how religious ceremonies in ancient Minoan culture could have looked like. Here, young men demonstrate a dangerous acrobatic stunt. Ritual leaping over bulls is a motif in Middle Bronze Age figurative art, especially in Minoan art.
And yes, this was challenging to draw! I looked at many pictures of gymnasts to figure out the jumper's pose.

HEY GUYS!
This past year, I've been working on cute as heck illustrations for "Halloween Hijinks!" It's an adorable Halloween-themed family card game made by an indie local creator! I did all the cards traditionally and had a blast rendering non-specific candies and Trick-or-Treat accessories for the game! (Y'all like my pride-themed candy corn? LOL!)
There's also a cute enamel pin add-on of Licorice, a black cat I just started adding throughout the different card game illustrations and we decided to make him A Thing!
There's also a pledge level to get you or your friend or kiddo illustrated into a custom card Trunk o Treating with Licorice!
This was such a fun project to illustrate, especially since I usually do dark and morbid stuff. It was a cute change of pace and a delight to bust out my alcohol markers.
ANYWAY, if you have small kiddos or have friends with small kiddos, especially if they love Halloween, it'd mean the world to take a look and consider pledging or sharing! The campaign ends TUESDAY, JUNE 23rd!
