A little longer read: I’ve been trying to work on building a sky. Before, it was just a blue or grey watercolor wash so as to test this method. Now, the idea is to push a variety of colors into the sky: here’s the first attempt. The next step is to get the light to bounce around in the foreground. It’s all drawn and painted by hand but layered together digitally; I’ve tagged my tools. There’s things I like and don’t about it but I really would like to hear your thoughts on it.
