Patrzę sobie na wasze zdjęcia ze śniegiem i w sumie spoko. U mnie tyle go nie ma. W zasadzie to w ogóle. Tylko szron. No ale oczywiście zimno się zrobiło. Ja mam jakieś dziwne skoki ciśnienia mimo przyjmowanych leków. Źle się czuję. Chyba muszę się wybrać do lekarza. W sumie to jutro idę na takie przesiewowe badania więc może przy okazji...

Tymczasem więcej ruchu. Dieta pod większą kontrolą. Sok z buraka muszę zacząć robić w domu.

Zastanawia mnie jak przeżywają te wszystkie żule. Ci alkoholicy co tankują co drugi dzień. Taki mój szwagier alkoholik. Regularnie wstawiony. Mega otyły. No ale starszy o przynajmniej 10 lat. To daje jakąś nadzieję, nie? Powinno dawać.

Nie lubię być chory i muszę z tego wyjść. Jakoś się ustabilizować.
