Hey, so we're asking that everyone try and storyboard one page (basic composition ideas and references) for next meeting, and we'll discuss them all together. Please go to the bottom of the main doc and sign up for a page to do (just sketching out - these are not final drawings): Main Doc

Next meeting will be 2/8 at 1pm EST (though if there are lots of conflicts this is subject to change). Dorothy will be posting a summary of this week's meeting soon, so keep an eye out for that please.

I meant to write up a reminder post about a meeting today since only 1 or 2 other people came last week, but I've just started up my new semester this week and things got muddled. So I guess this is just an early notice for next week: 12pm EST, unless people want to change the time (if you have a conflict please either send me an ask or say so in the Skype chat)

I'm just going to tag everybody who's said they're still interested in the project - I hope you all see this!

SCHERZO PROJECTERS MEETING NOW IN SKYPE NOW

Hello! I'm writing because somebody had planned a Scherzo meeting on 1/10 but for whatever reason only 4 people came on Skype, so we have rescheduled the meeting for January 17th at 12pm EST aka 5pm London time. Please mark this on your calendar! We'd really love to get the project going again. Also, if you could just send me an ask so I know everyone has actually got this message (or to say that you can't make it/no longer plan to be involved) I'd appreciate it. Hope to see you there!

Okay, thanks, the meeting was my idea but I think I may have been asleep (overworked and I’d been up for days). Sorry about that. I will try and make this one! :D

Hey Scherzo peoples. We sort of agreed we'd start the project again after the new series had finished, giving people a chance to get used to being back at school/college/university/work etc

Are we all ready to continue with the project?

Hello, Scherzo tag.

I exist, sorry I haven't kept you updated! I've had a lot of lack of internet lately (some unexpected, some not), only barely managing to check tumblr occasionally and most of the other time just letting my queue running. And I'll be gone the entire next week (summer vacationing). So much stuff!

However, I'll at least at be at meeting today, but I know I'm not the only one who's gone a lot these days. My suggestion is we lay off most of the big important meetings for a while, until things settle in a bit.

Instead we can mostly focus on reference gathering and sparking ideas in each other. This is basically what we need to be doing at this point, anyway! (For future reference - you don't really need me or anyone in particular present to organise such a meeting - if there's a bunch of you gathered, just start discussing and looking for ideas.)

I've made a post for collecting links to references!

Anything you come up with, whether while at meetings or outside them, should go into this post, under the appropriate heading. These are sorted so it's easier to find what you want.

(Hah and now I've actually set it to be shared, oops.)

The main doc still hasn't been updated with a new meeting plan, so here's hoping I don't miss much, but I'm at kashidoodle's house still, since I was requested to pet/house sit another day so her family could stay longer, but I forgot to figure in the meeting directly when trying to figure out if it was an issue or not.

As such, I'll be too busy to actively attend, but I can leave Skype up and if I'm needed for any issue SPECIFICALLY, feel free to drop me a line in a one-on-one chat so it shows up differently and I can answer in between this and that. (Or send an ask)
