From our recent visit to the West Coast, we wanted to spotlight some amazing Washington Ciders this week. Our first stop was the Emerald City, specifically our new favorite Cider destination Schilling Cider house in Seattle. @schillingcider London Dry Cider- Pours a light clear yellow color with a good amount of carbonation and thin head. The aroma has earthy and fresh apples on the nose, with a slight yeast scent on the end.
