Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen (wheat beer) from Germany is brewed in the Bavarian tradition, using wheat malt. It is available in many countries, including European and North American. The live yeast gives the bottle “conditioning”, guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. Comes in pink grapefruit, pomegranate, and other flavors. The yeast sediment leads to the “cloudy” nature of the beer. To pour it properly, tilt the glass and poor slowly. Before pouring the last quarter, roll the bottle gently back and forth until sediment is dissolved.
