Got called out for wearing a skirt that showed my knees (I was wearing tights under it) and there was a shirtless boy in the classroom a few seconds later with no one commenting so... :/

you know how some school have really strict dress codes that are like, “you can’t have short hair if you’re a girl” or “you can’t have dyed hair/streaks in your hair” because it’ll somehow distract people?? yeah, back in 1st-3rd grade, there was this kid who would style his hair to look like devil horns and had a green mohawk and nobody gave a fuck

can we just give props to the juniors and sophomores in our school ACTUALLY doing something about the principal and standing up for themselves? Like... if it was for us, seniors, we wouldn’t have done anything about the principal slut shaming the girls. 

I’m so proud of us.

Boss: GASP! Are those bare shoulders?! You need to go home and come back when you learn how to dress professionally instead of coming in half-naked like this!

I hate school dress codes. It's like "your shirt has to be at least 2 fingers wide". Then you'll be questioned and when you prove that it is in fact 2 of your fingers, they're like "oh no it's has to be 2 of MY fingers" Well fuck you v.p follow your own rules.
