A way to still eat Chipotle but save the calories is by getting a bowl or salad. You get the same taste just not the bad carbs. You may also walk out not feeling like your stomach is going to blow up. Also, a way to save some calories is to go light on the rice and to always pick brown rice. It has a lot more fiber in it. Next time you get a salad say NO to dressing and use some salsa instead. Using one or all of these tips will help you save some of those unnecessary calories.
