I honestly do not get the hatred for ME:A. I've got over 50 hours invested in this one save since release, and am loving every minute of it. What the heck? I mean sure there are some things that could be improved on, but seriously the designers aren't gods, so that's to be expected...

I feel the same.  I feel like a lot of people have unrealistic expectations.

what sort of appliances do you have in your apartment that runs electricity? Because using 500 kWh in 4 days is... wrong... We live in a 5 bedroom house, with electric heat, and our monthly usage is like... 1500-2000 kWh. You've either got a problem with the electric meter itself, or someone is stealing your electricity after the meter somehow.

I have a dishwasher but i haven’t run in in those 4 days. Then...a fridge. Electric stove (turned on twice, no oven). Maybe I turned my electric kettle on once? I wasn’t home that much last few days.

I just don’t know how to convince my property management that it’s not just “oh in the winter bills are supposed to be higher, sucks to be you. Maybe don’t heat your apartment that much.”

Wtf I've got over 160 hours invested, what I thought was a 100% clear, and I didn't notice a torture chamber! I thought the collective was a largely good (though kinda criminal) organization! This game!!! Always with the surprises!

Heh, I stumbled across it by mistake while I was completing that frontier quest for Nyx Vetra. The base where the pirates are on Kadara is right next to the torturers little base.

It made me realise I need to start checking out every single little house I see in these games in case I miss small quests or bits of info! Because this base had an audio log that showed that they were trying to get info on where Sloane had taken the Collective Operative she had captured (Operative Laecerta I think?), and I realised it was the same Operative who you see mentioned in her prison cell logs who (from memory) she had been interrogating (*cough*torturing*cough*) too, and who had committed suicide before they could sentence him.

I firmly believe the Collective are better than the Outlaws - they don’t use the thuggish tactics as Sloane (who has clearly let power go to her head by the time Ryder meets her) and they do seem to have the best interests of the people of Kadara at their heart.
