okay but like, Mick and Charles could probably talk about the car for fucking hours to such an extend eventually even Seb gets bored and that's the most car fucker man any has ever met but then they have to leave the restaurant and like pay and Charles has to think like 10 minutes about what half the price of the bill is because his brain is on cars so math is hard and eventually Mick just pays in full because he doesn't care, is to lazy to do the math and wants to go home and sleep.

like these two mf really are the stupidest smart people you've ever met and they're both fucking Ferrari princes for different reasons and their possible friendship dynamic is so fascinating to me.

I am just in love with Mick's being able to speak french with Charles probably not knowing this so I just imagine they're at a drivers meeting and a good few people are late so it's just a few guys in there atm

four of those people are Mick, Kevin, Charles and Pierre. the last two are very dramatically talking in french just like one seat behind where Mick and Kev are sitting in unimportant conversation. eventually Mick just turns silent and Kev looks at him confused, Mick quickly points behind him towards Charles and Pierre and whispers a 'intresting conversation' to Kev who opens his mouth to object probably something about privacy but Mick silences him.

behind him he hears the conversation pick up intensity Mick grins a little as Charles is starting to talk dramatically about how attractive Mick's hands are and Pierre seems to try and just convince Charles to just talk to the man while Charles is just gushing about how insanely attractive Mick is, never mentioning his name only ever referring to Mick as 'the crush'.

at that moment Seb walks in gives Mick a small pat on the back and looks back obviously noticing Mick is overhearing the animated french conversation going on behind them. Seb smirks, Mick holds back a laugh 'what are they talking about' Seb says loudly maybe even enough for Charles and Pierre to hear Mick bites his lip holding back a grin 'something about my hands I think' Seb plops down next to him the two men behind them don't seem to have noticed Seb yet outside of a small nod, Seb smiles and turns around completely 'charles' no response 'charles!' he turns towards Seb lips still parted in conversation 'yes Seb?' eyebrows furrowed in confusion, all three men before them are half turned on their seats now.

'charles, did you know Mick went to swiss private school' Mick closes his eyes in a small giggle as Charles and Pierre share a matching confused expression 'there is a few things they learn in swiss private school one of them is like what was it Mick 6?' Mick smiles and nods 'yeah 6 I took 8 though liked the language' Seb turns back to Charles 'oh yeah so for Mick 8 years of French' the smile on sebs face is full of knowing and Mick's smile is arrogant but also so confused.

pierre and Charles's faces drop at the exact same time as they realize exactly how much Mick must have understood when Charles opens his mouth is the moment the FIA representative starts talking.
