Veganism
General Verdict: you can be healthier by being on a vegan diet. Being vegan is also significantly better for the environment. There are only two main issue with being vegan is that there are certain vitamins (Vitamin B12) that you can only get through animal products which can easily be solvable through taking supplements. Also, for some reason we see that vegans are also much more susceptible to breaking bones than the general population. All around health can be better though by reducing meat consumption.
