AU Nexus 1-1
Here we go. I'm doing it.
I'm going to attempt to make a comic out of an au/hc i've had morphing away in my head since 2016.
If the page numeration doesn't give it away, this thing is very very long. The thought of actually putting the whole thing to paper seems unlikely, but then again plugging away at longform stuff periodically sometimes helps motivate me. I'm also really excited to be coming back to traditional art!
I tried to go over this with a fine-tooth comb, but lemme know if there are any big obvious grammatical/drawing mistakes and I'll try to fix 'em.
Another note I didn't add to the front page--if you've seen any of the other stuff I've made on this blog relating to this au, don't take it as canon or foreshadowing necessarily. A lot of those posts are from old versions of this story or exist in their own little box on purpose. I'll make an index to make it very clear what counts as part of this storyline.

*note: a lot of pre-existing AU characters appearing in this comic are altered from their original versions. Credits will still be assigned to the creators of the AUs those altered versions stem from. If characters appear to stem from an uncredited AU, I probably wasn’t intentionally referencing it (feel free to point out the similarity tho). (And chime in if you know a creator I couldn’t find.)
