We only hope that when you open this book, you won't think about all the waiting you did, but think about all the memories, the hard work, and the cooperation that went into making this book come alive 😊
Well said Lumin team!
Let's go and start a revolution. #CAT #highschool #scihi #kamaaaang
It's a shame..
It's a shame how not one parent who sends their son or daughter to study for the Specialized HIgh School Exam at my tutorial understands how excellent of a high school Queens High School for the Sciences at York College is. Sure, maybe I am a bit biased. But, Stuy, Brooklyn Tech, and Bronx Science aren't the only 3 schools considered "Sci- Hi". In fact, one of those schools, as of right now, is still unranked, and another barely squeaks it at top 10. By the way, that same school has a track team that is apparently filled with sexual predators. Then there's Stuy. Good ol' Stuy, caught having a gigantic cheating ring, causing the principal to retire. Nonetheless, all three are still fantastic schools. But, why just those three?
Here's some more facts- U.S. News ranks Queens High School for the Sciences as the number 7th best school in the state of NY. It's number ONE in the entirety of New York City. It's also the 52nd best school in the whole country. Again, nothing to take away from Stuy or Bronx Science, number 9 and number 10 respectively. But, at this point, shouldn't Queens High School be more than "that York College school"? At this point, shouldn't it be considered in the upper echelon of not only these Specialized schools, but of all High Schools in the whole state?
There's a new number one, and it needs to get the recognition it deserves.
