He needed to get replacement teeth for his chainsaw soon. Normally, he’d just wait for one of his targets to have a pair of scissors for him to steal but that hadn’t happened in a while. So that meant going straight to the source.

Fortunately, she was fairly easy to track when you had a tracker, which he did. Unfortunately, she didn’t seem to want to leave her unregistered scissors unguarded... was someone else stealing scissors besides him?

He was starting to think he’d just have to take his chances, just charge in and hope for the best.

She was the only one that had awoken so far. The only one Moon’s limited magic could lift from the spell Toffee had her under. Moon wasn’t life giving like Letmek. There were limits to her powers.

Heckapoo was left without much magic and still awfully weak from the ordeal. Moon rang her cloth out and lay the cool compress over the creature’s forehead.
