Also a fun fact with my Khori Fankids + Nori New Body design. The likelihood of any of them having disassembly drone code is actually Very Minimal, as Nori has most of that coding turned off, or straight up shouldn't have had them able to be passed down as the Worker Drone coding should've been the dominant coding.
Tomahawk meets expectations— pretty much a normal worker drone with just one stray bit of DD code. So they don't think anything bad could happen, they literally don't know he's the only one who is meeting those odds properly lmao
Scope is the EXTREME of "what the fuck" with having mostly DD code, and very little Worker Drone code. This is such a low possibility that none of them even considered it possible at all.
And Tracer still has an unusually high amount of DD code. While it's not as in his face, it's still very much there.
The outcomes that should've been expected is a majority of Worker Drone kiddos, with a bit of DD code, and a large likelihood of having the Solver.
Tomahawk and Scope, from an outsider perspective, don't seem to get along. They clash a lot, with Tom being a lot more prim and proper, and with Scope not caring and just being herself. But, they get along like a house on fire. Tomahawk is actually a very protective big brother, having taken Uzi's cue on that. He can tease Scope all he feels like, but he's also helping Scope with reminders to grab her lunch before school, he's there to prevent bullying, and they constantly hang out together.
Everyone outside the family always expects them to hate each other and not stick up for the other. And while yeah they do get into sibling fights (the most petty shit imaginable btw) they can't understand why anyone thinks that way about them.
Uzi's reactions to holding her baby siblings for the first time (plus extra bits :3)
With Tomahawk, she's terrified. Of messing up, of her parents messing up, of her parents replacing her with him, of needing to be the one to step up and raise him, of the possibility history will repeat itself, that she'll be the one who needs kicked out of their lives, that she'll hurt him, that something will go so wrong that the family she finally got back won't survive. She has a few panic attacks she's not proud of about it. But the second she's actually holding her baby brother, she's just happy. She can't imagine a world where she lets anyone or anything hurt him. Actually almost to her detriment, as she's terrified that by just holding him she'll ruin him, destroy his life before it's even begun. She's an emotional wreck, but so happy. She cries freely in front of everyone when she holds him.
She ends up reading a LOT of parenting books, and tries to look up everything she can on being a sibling. She doesn't want to ask N about his experience in being a big brother, because of how Cyn ended up, but he's remorsefully happy to explain some of the things they used to do together before.... before.
With Scope, she's ALSO a nervous wreck. Scope's diet issue not being resolved until she's in an upgraded body leaves her pretty fragile even for a pillbaby, and it's even more terrifying to Uzi. When she held Scope during that very brief period in time, she was so fiercely protective and gentle it messed with her head a bit. She didn't quite understand what was happening to herself and was terrified she'd hurt Scope somehow like that, and the fact Scope was at risk of "starving" constantly meant that she was only getting weaker by the day. She mostly hung out with Tomahawk, made sure he was okay during that time because she was so worried that something horrible would happen to Scope. She tried to not get attached, trying so hard to spare herself the pain of losing her little sister, but it failed so badly she ended up needing to be limited on how often she could watch over her.
The day Nori ends up finding out what the issue was, and giving her a full oil diet, Uzi's so elated she can't stop herself from staying nearby both of her siblings, hugging them, holding them both, and just hovering nearby. She needs a bit before she can stomach leaving their side, but it's with the giddiest feeling in the world that everything will be okay.
With Tracer, she's wary, but not nearly as bad as before. They know pretty much right away what to expect, and Uzi's among the first to hold [him]. She's ecstatic, happy as can be. 8 years may have passed, but she still cries holding [him] the first time.
Tracer also figures out very early on he's trans, even before going to school for the first time. And it's Uzi he comes to about it first. To which she's very supportive, reassuring him she's not going to abandon her baby brother, and that nobody else would mind either. She also helps him learn what transgender is, because Tracer wouldn't know the term itself yet. And she's there when he comes out to everyone else :)
A few times now Scope has had to be reminded to drink oil/eat enough to cover material. And while it's not like she purposely forgets, she's gotten a bit too close to everyone's liking to finding out what happens if she overheats. And nobody wants to find out what Solver Scope is capable of.
Actually I'm gonna make Scope a pyromaniac on top of everything else. She's there trying her best to light everything on fire. She's so gleeful about it too.
Scope had been a very sickly kid. She'd been incredibly sick almost her whole life, with the swap to her first prototype body being done a bit early for her survival. She hated eating though, no matter what. She needed food on some way, and it was Nori who ended up figuring it out.
Someone always stayed home with Scope during this period of time, taking turns normally but doubling up or even having them all stay nearby on the worst days, and Nori had taken that role while the rest went to work that day. She'd been trying to find something, anything that Scope might be interested in eating, the sick kid finding some of them appealing to try, and what little she did try, no matter how oil soaked it was or wasn't, always ended up hurting her.
Nori's panic led to her being a bit careless with the knife she was using, dropping it and slicing open her hand. Something that wouldn't have been an issue before, something almost every drone old enough to use one would do in their lives. But Scope had perked up, staring at her hand.
Nori tried to reassure her daughter it was fine, and ended up missing the true look in her eyes. She was hungry, and for the first time in her life, she'd found something truly appealing to her in ways nothing had compared to before now, and nothing else mattered.
Scope grabbed her mother's arm, growling and snarling at any resistance until Nori, who'd jumped in surprise and was now watching in a mix of relief and horror, let her have free reign of her arm for the time being.
Scope didn't have fangs yet, and even if she did she would be lacking the jaw strength needed to really cause damage, so the biting meant just a smidge of pain and at best a few dents her regeneration was quick to patch up, along with the initial cut that caused this discovery. The very young child snapped out of it when there simply wasn't a source of pure oil anymore, scared and confused and guilty. Too many big emotions to even try to comprehend by that point. She sobbed apologies, and Nori comforted her as best she could,
But. The incident had been enough to figure out what was wrong. What they'd been missing the entire time. She was so grateful they'd been giving her oil soaked foods, though she wondered how the hell this had been the case. Khan was only a worker drone, and while she herself had been a Solver drone before her "death", it had been majorly a Worker's build, and her new body was still mostly a worker too. But, as she coaxed Scope into drinking one of the many cans of oil they had around, reassuring her that she understood what had happened and didn't blame her, she couldn't help but blame herself for not even thinking of the smallest, damn near improbable chance that Scope would have the diet of a pure Disassembly Drone.
Scope is soon so energetic she can't sit still, obviously feeling better than she had in her whole life. And while Nori blames herself so much for this, she's so fucking glad her daughter is going to be okay.
She ends up calling everyone back home, even getting the closest drone to pick up Tomahawk up from school early. And they rush there, every drone they pass watching them rush with an air of condolences and sorrow, thinking the worst was going on. After all it's hard to not know about severe issues like this when in close quarters with so many.
As they burst through the door, they're faced with Scope, moving with so much energy it's enough to shock them all. They're so joyful, laughing and smiling and crying, hugging Scope and passing her between them all with so much care, and they listen to Nori's explanation with rapt attention.
N and V promise to be right back after hearing exactly what would happen, leaving and coming back a while with a bag of parts, certified rust free with extreme prejudice. And Scope, for as exhausted she is from finally having the energy to move around and being passed between her family, is given parts of an arm, shredded just enough for her to properly chew up. And nothing bad happens. Scope doesn't complain in the slightest.
Okay, Khori children OCs because I do think they'd end up with a lot more kids (and would let the others know having kids is actually safe now, because I doubt many were being brought into the world with everything going on before)

Tomahawk "Tom" Doorman:
The second child, booted up a year and a half after the series ended. He has white eyes like his dad, and chooses longer black hair he likes to style. Dresses pretty fancy for bunker life, somehow finding or being gifted multiple suits every upgrade he gets that fit perfectly. Usually switches up the color of his tie every day— never a bowtie.
He puts on an air of charisma and chivalry that nobody knows the origin of, but is also entirely chaotic as all hell. Nobody but his family knows to expect the unexpected around him.
Does not have any ties to the Solver, but did get some latent Disassembly Drone code that helps with tracking targets and hunting drones or things down. But all worry about the potential downsides to them were tested and proven to not effect him otherwise because he tried some of the oil Uzi was drinking as a kid, and was so disgusted by the taste he nearly threw up.
Is called a momma's boy a lot, which he doesn't like because it sounds like he doesn't like his dad, which couldn't be further from the truth. Is close with everyone in his family! (Including N and V!)
Is also a huge weeb, but doesn't like watching TV or playing video games because his tracking code makes it too difficult to focus. Prefers reading to anything else, but also really enjoys sports, and learns a lot about them from Thad.
Scope Doorman:
The third child, booted up 4 years after the series ended. Has decided to go with dark blue eyes, and brown hair styled with a mullet with blue and purple streaks. Has plenty of hoodies and shorts to enjoy, mostly plain colors, likes to switch it up every so often, and has a purple and pink headband as a gift from V.
Has inherited the Solver, but also the bit of Disassembly Drone code they can't just switch off without hurting her that makes any other types of fuel/food taste absolutely disgusting. Getting her to eat was always a pain, and she was sick often, until they let her have pure oil and bits of the corpses still left at the Spire the moment she actually COULD have some. Totally dependent on it for survival.
Very sociable, loves meeting new people, but doesn't actually have many friends her age because she comes off too strongly. But has made friends with a lot of the kinder adults around the Bunker. Is also very into learning how to code, and will hang off everything Uzi says about the topic, even going as far as skipping school to follow Uzi as she works just to get more information. She's not at all sorry about it until Uzi tells her she won't help her learn more if she skips school.
Out of everyone, she's closest to Uzi and Tomahawk, trying to replicate them both at the same time, which makes her seem very moody.
Tracer Doorman:
The fourth and youngest child, booted up 8 years after the series ended. Has very light purple eyes and has dark purple hair. Has a fitted but smaller version of Khan's work jacket. Has multiple pins sticking to it too, changed out every so often but always keeping a trans pin on. He kept his name because he thinks it's cool. B)
Has the Solver, but a very weak version of it, as well as the most Disassembly Drone code of them all. Doesn't have the same issue as Scope, but does still need oil mixed in with his food— cannot just pick and choose a diet.
Very shy at first, but also very antisocial. Would much rather be working on his art. Very creative, especially when getting himself out of extremely social situations. Does have 2 very close friends he would kill for.
All of this would make it seem like he wouldn't talk much, but he's a huge chatterbox. Him and N could chat for the entire day about anything and everything and barely take a breather. If he's around the people he trusts he's almost an entirely different drone.
All of them have rooms in their parents' place, of course, but Envuzi also has rooms for them in the event they just need space or want to hangout. They have keys to both homes.
