I think a lot of the survivors get close to hanzo yet They forget that he's a Killer all the way up until they have a match with him and he kills everyone brutally like to the point that the entity itself has to restrict his hellfire for just mories like he goes into those matches without a care, he drags everyone through literal hell and back.
