The winter air hit every chill their could yet Hanzo couldn't feel a thing, but the way His bunny was practically shivering next to him made it look Miserable, so bringing her in close he gently pulled a warm blanket around her shoulders. A soft kiss to the middle of her head a happy hum left him. Closing his eyes he figured he'd tell her now.
" I have a surprise for you. I was going to wait a while to give it to you, but you seem like you need it now."
She looked at him through half closed lids, her mouth showing a frown as she hides as much of herself as possible in that blanket.
The trembling and shivering made her whine and grumble, pressing her forehead against his shoulder to drown a louder grumble in his side.
He felt so warm and gentle. She adored that. But she couldn't help the uncomfortable feeling in the cold.
Her eyes light up upon listening to Hanzo. "Hm? Y-You don't have to g-gift me anything-g." She mumbles through trembling teeth but she still felt excited.
there was a bite of pain but it was fleeting. COULD SHE EVEN FEEL PAIN ANYMORE? of course she could. but it just didn't matter as much anymore. they were all so hungry and cold that one pain just melted into the next. reaching up, she pulled her mask up just enough to wipe the back of her taped hand across her cheek. ❝ you fucking idiot, i'm one of you. ❞ words growled out as she wiped the blood off and finally pulled off her mask as it was cracked. it didn't matter if he knew who she was. they all knew who they were, it was only the ones they hunted that seemed to forget each time. ❝ i was just pretending. jesus christ what is that thing? who the fuck are you? ❞ she motioned with the hand that now held that broken mask. ❝ you fucking owe me a new one, you cocksucker. ❞

Hanzo had only one day, one damn day where he wasn't fighting, training, or all of the above, yet the being in front of him had different plans. Softly sighing and pinching the bridge of his nose he noted the blood on the carpet.
"You're getting blood on my carpet......What did you do?"
