“It’s not going to be my job that makes my hair go grey but this dog.” A chuckle escaped him as he gripped Curtis’ harness. The puppy was very excited by the man he had ran to. “Sorry about him. He is just a puppy.” Cullen attached the leash to Curtis’ harness. “Cullen Rutherford and this is Curtis. He’s learning his manners still.”

“What do you want Scott?” Peter was being very careful around the younger ones, Stiles and his friends. Just because he didn’t know who he was really to them. What had happened. With not being told, he was in a sort of limbo. “As far as I have been told we are the closest.”

So here they were. Scott and Peter. Peter newly turned alpha. This could go many different ways and Peter was unsure. From what he knew of Scott likely it would go fine as Scott seemed a bit people pleaser type. But that might not be a bad thing if they were both stuck here. Two Alphas in Washington. Best to keep this at least civil. 

“Scott.” He nodded in greeting to the other. Imagining the other would pick up on the change within Peter.

Loki barely knew Scott but how awkward did the other man have to be with his dance moves. “Scott you look ridiculous. Get back over here before you make an absolute fool of yourself.” He would have thought the avengers would have a better sense of pride and imagine.

The poison in his system had completely worn off and he was back to working in a boring museum where they asked him to talk about his own family and say lies about them. They deserved to know the truth so he tried to sneak it in when he could. Changing the plaques with illusions. He wandered around the Norse section, watching people quack at his family history. 

“Don’t touch the artifacts.” Loki barked the order at a child. He continued walking for a moment before stopping and looking around. How boring this place was. The poison had given him an excuse to be who he was meant to be, show the power he had. 

He heard a sound behind him. He spun on his heels. 

“I thought I told you to not touch.” He growled. Unaware it was someone different than the child.

“I am not sure I will ever get used to this place.” Percy admitted. It was hard for him to admit something like that. It was completely having to redo what he knew. He didn’t know what was happening at home. Was his sister alright? Was anyone alright? It had been a long time since he found himself without the Vox Machina.

“Look me in my eyes.” Loki stepped closer to Scott. Seeing that those monsters had just appeared and people kept appearing meant a threat like Thanos was possible. “Tell me everything’s not fine.” He wasn’t an avenger. He didn’t want to be but the avengers were scattered. If someone like Thanos did appear they needed all the strength possible to fight him off. And knowing what he did about the TVA and the stupid stones... it just made it all a little more stressful. What if it was Kang who appeared.
