Found this guy a couple of days ago and have listened to basically nothing else.
The whole album this track is off (The Party) is just sublime. Not a single bad track in my opinion. Musically genius and lyrically deep.
Highly recommend listening to it.
(Also the track “To you” is explicitly gay and Andy has said when asked about it “This track is gay” which is nice)
i’ve been thinking about Jordan Rakei and his 2nd album Wallflower a lot recently... a really good artist and album. A slow burner for me... i liked it when i first heard it, but now there’s something about the repeated listens that have made me really understand it... Just a really good ass album.
