Your Shot Photo Walk: San Francisco, CA
On Saturday April 7, 2018, Your Shot hosted a sunset photo walk in San Francisco, California led by San Francisco Chronicle Scott Strazzante, who recently curated our "Exploring Community" story.
It was so much fun to explore Pier 39 with everyone who attended, including Your Shot photographers Stan Pechner who used long exposure to make this frame of the Merry-Go-Round and Liliana M. who documented a couple taking a selfie. Dzung Tran captured a young boy up in the air while jumping on a trampoline and Vibhu Bithar photographed another young boy looking through the binoculars. Elizabeth Paoletti used the chain link fence to creatively make this frame of Alcatraz Island and Lynda Hanwella photographed these tourists out taking pictures. Upload your photos to Your Shot and use the hashtag #YourShotMeetUp so we can see the images you took.
Thanks again to everyone who came out. Until next time, participate in our "While on a Walk…" assignment curated by Your Shot Producer David Y. Lee and "Underwater Beauty" assignment curated by photographer and filmmaker Michaela Skovranova. Associate Photo Editor Kristen McNicholas has some exciting upcoming Your Shot assignments (“Pop of Color” and “Life in Black and White”), so keep coming back to submit your photos.
