Well, that relationship has ended because they...#directorofoperations and #scottthemanager of the Clintonville location could care less about one with allergies. Long story short, we have been customers since day one and have spent a lot of money in this restaurant. Damon the operations manager just said to me and I’ll quote, “I appreciate you speaking rationally with me this morning.” What the hell? Did he think I would be the #angryblackwoman? I asked them for one thing. Just like most all other restaurants...add an allergy link to your app. No, they won’t do so. They don’t give a damn if we walk away. #ByeBye @phlex06 thanks for reminding me that Black people were already boycotting @northstarcafe. @iamquanhowell add this one to your list. BTW, Amanda the manager at the Westerville location is awesome. The owners need to hire more Amanda’s. Oh, when everything went down on Thursday, I refused to place on social media because I had been a customer since the beginning and knew things would be rectified professionally. I was wrong to think such. After today’s call with Damon, I decided to share my story publicly, especially after his comment of my being rational. 🤷🏽♀️ He even acknowledged the amount of money we have spent in the establishment.
