At the International House of Prayer I had the opportunity to be in a few different event roles, which allowed me to gain experience in budgeting, managing people, and multitasking. With the Elijah Revolution I was responsible for leading a team of people to Los Angeles to put on 7 conferences at different venues across Southern California. On top of planning and organizing the conferences, I had to plan all travel schedules, food, and accommodations.
Prior to that I organized the front of house ushering plan for 60 people at our national conference with over 20,000 in attendance. It was a large undertaking, but my trusty headset made it all possible.
