Dear Hiring Manager,

I want to scoot my way into the Tumblr world. I've spent over 4 years gaining experience with events and truly love putting them on. My most recent contract with Google Fiber gave me experience not only with events, but also marketing and sales as well.

At the International House of Prayer I had the opportunity to be in a few different event roles, which allowed me to gain experience in budgeting, managing people, and multitasking. With the Elijah Revolution I was responsible for leading a team of people to Los Angeles to put on 7 conferences at different venues across Southern California. On top of planning and organizing the conferences, I had to plan all travel schedules, food, and accommodations.

Prior to that I organized the front of house ushering plan for 60 people at our national conference with over 20,000 in attendance. It was a large undertaking, but my trusty headset made it all possible.

My contract with Google was essential in furthering my planning and sales skills. Every event we hosted had an end goal of producing sales. I personally put on 4 different events, but my favorite was the community Halloween party. While remaining on brand, myself and the team under me, engaged over 150 people from the neighborhood. While many of the families in attendance had already signed up for the product, we were still able to get new sign ups as well engage the community in a fun and positive way.
