Elena was home from the hospital and that was a fact that had Isabel incredibly relieved! Of course, she was still hurting about the fact that Mateo wasn’t home yet, but he was alive and for that, the brunette was insurmountably thankful for! She couldn’t imagine ever losing both of them or either one of them for that matter.
In the interim time that Elena had been in the hospital as well, Isa hadn’t been home too often. She was constantly in and out of Ollie’s place because the thought of home had become too cumbersome. She didn’t want to be around quiet walls that constantly reminded her of the two missing family members that were around.
All with permission given of course and through all the right channels as she asked everyone she needed to. Isa made sure not to sneak out, not even once.
Now, however, she was home heading off to the living room with the board game Scrabble in her hands.
“I think we should play some Scrabble! And you can’t say no because I’m making this a mandate.”
