Is there anywhere we could see the original pilot of Mao Mao? As far as I've seen theres only a few screenshots online but I'm sure lots of ppl would love to see it!

i really wish theyd gone more into quinns character...i feel like they couldve justified quinns connection with gary and willingness to sacrifice herself for him but without any backstory or even that much character development it just seemed unnecessary and unrealistic
yeah it seems like this isn’t the popular opinion here but I don’t think the finale was very good. Even for a 10 episode series it seemed really rushed and anticlimactic at the end. I know they didn’t have much air time to be able to fully flesh out the characters while also moving the plot along but there was a lot of stuff for Gary, a dark flashback for Avacato, even Mooncake got a little backstory of his origins but there was literally nothing for Quinn :/
i saw you talk about kappa mikey and i have a faint memory of a show from around the same time called Marvin Mystery (i think). do you remember it? does anyone?? i feel like im the only one and all i remember is that it was really weird
it seems like everyone just /faintly/ remembers it... personally it used to really badly scare me as a kid and i thought of it as a horror show ala goosbumps however i would rewatch it but i think it’d have the same bizarre, terrible issue as totally spies, which is /infamous/ for having weird overt fetish-y stuff in nearly every episode. the last thing i heard about it is that in the main character and his sister were unrelated and married, but in the show they still keep the sexual tension. there u go, thats martin mystery
im so glad you write about shannon to me she was one of the least appreciated characters by both the fandom and show and you just give her so much personality

the style is beautiful, but if its too time consuming maybe its best to take a different approach
