 ruby's  !!  fucking  !!  scream  !!  in  !!  child  !!  of  !!  the  !!  moon  !!  like......  like  honestly  fucking  king  george  for  making  her  go  through  that  all  to  get  the  town  to  turn  on  david.  can  you  even  imagine  what  she  must  be  feeling?  it  isn't  even  about  the  fact  that  she  liked  billy,  thought  maybe  she  would  one  day  have  the  same  chance  everyone  had  in  storybrooke  —  to  start  over.  it  just  boils  down  to  this  is  another  human  life  she  thinks  she  has  taken.  another  spot  of  blood  on  her  hands.  

 let  me  rephrase  that.  another  innocent  life.  because  let's  not  even  talk  about  all  the  fucking  men  that  ruby  destroyed  in  snow's  name.  because  they  were  regina's  men.  and  she  was  doing  what  she  does  best,  protecting  her  family.  the  countless  men  that  sure,  maybe  weren't  good  people.  but  they  were  still  human  beings  that  would  not  see  another  sun  rise  at  her  hand.  every  single  life  ruby  took  as  the  wolf,  especially  when  conscious  of  her  actions,  is  a  soul  she  is  never  able  to  shake.  it's  like  she  can  feel  their  ghosts  lingering.  even  if  they  aren't  there.  the  pain  of  knowing  what  she's  done,  what  she's  capable  of  doing,  it  never  leaves  her.

 and  to  have  some  douche  bag  frame  her  for  another  murder,  AND  SUCH  A  VIOLENT  ONE  AT  THAT....  she's  broken.  you  can  see  the  moment  when  her  world  crumbles  around  her.  and  when  she's  talking  to  david  after  they  discover  billy's  body,  and  she  tells  him...  'other  people  need  to  be  protected  from  me'.  the  way  her  voice  breaks.  and  granny  in  the  background  looking  just  as  broken  because  she  knows  she  kept  this  from  ruby  and  wanted  to  protect  her  and  she  couldn't.
