Turned on the 'Screen Distance' setting, and I have a love-hate thing going on with it.

It pulls me out of my doom scrolling, which is good, but when I'm using my phone in bed, I rarely wear my glasses, so I can't see too well. That means I've got two choices: a) put on my glasses or b) deal with the pesky pop-up every 2 minutes.

Plus, I've noticed I don't get tired as fast when I'm reading with my glasses, which means I end up staying awake longer. Not exactly the best move
