It’s always exciting to add a one-of-a-kind piece to my Breaking Bad collection, and what I have here certainly fits the bill! This “HERO” black tactical belt was screen-worn by none other than Jesse Pinkman himself, Aaron Paul! 🎥
In the entertainment industry, a hero prop refers to any object that will be held or used by the main actor. “Hero” also indicates that the item will be high-quality, detailed, and available for use in close-up shots. What’s funny is that in Jesse’s case, his oversized wardrobe and baggy clothing make it difficult to catch a glimpse of what’s (attempting) to hold his pants up! According to the official Certificate of Authenticity from Sony Pictures Television though, he was wearing this on screen at some point in the series… Time for another rewatch to try and spot it! 📺👀
It’s always a thrill to add a one-of-a-kind piece to my Better Call Saul collection! This blouse was screen-worn by none other than Kim Wexler herself, Rhea Seehorn! The original production wardrobe tag accompanies this piece as well, detailing the scene, set, and outfit descriptions for the shoot.
As seen in the fifth episode of Season 5 titled “Dedicado a Max,” Kim is wearing this Zara button-up inside the famous nail salon with Jimmy McGill as the two try to build a case, digging up information on Mesa Verde’s past. 🏜️⚖️
It’s always exciting to add a super-rare piece to my Breaking Bad collection! This set of Vamonos Pest coveralls certainly fits the bill, as they were worn by Bryan Cranston during the production of the hit AMC show! 🎥
As seen in the third episode of Season 5 titled “Hazard Pay,” Walter White is wearing this very uniform when he and Jesse Pinkman pull up to an unsuspecting client’s house, prepared to use the fumigation company as a front for their methamphetamine manufacturing organization.
It’s always a thrill to add a one-of-a-kind piece to my Breaking Bad collection! This thermal shirt was screen-worn by none other than Jesse Pinkman himself, Aaron Paul!
As seen in the fifth episode of Season 1 titled “Gray Matter,” Jesse is wearing this undershirt when he shows Badger the RV for the first time. After demonstrating his knowledge of lab equipment to his friend, the two pack up and head out to the desert to cook. As Cap’n Cook says: “It’s just basic chemistry, yo.” ⚗️
Throwback Thursday to when I went to London to visit Chris Kerr (who makes the Doctor coats for 11-13 for the show) for a fitting for my 13th Doctor coat and trousers and I also got to put on one of Peter Capaldi’s screen worn coats. Also I took my mom and she got to put on one of Matt Smith’s! 🥰✨💚
