you were cleaning up the kitchen when you registered the sound of your front door clicking shut, feeling arms around your waist shortly after.

“ ‘m tireddddd” seungyoun whined into your shoulder as he continued clinging on to you

“go take a shower while i heat up your dinner, okay?” you chuckled as you sent him off with a peck on his nose.

0626  when sejun said he had a surprise for you, the last you expected to be dragged out of bed and going up a hiking trail at 6 in the morning. but when sejun was bumbling about like an excited puppy, who were you to say no?  at the end, your efforts paid off when you were greeted by the breathtaking sunrise at the peak, while being held tightly in sejun’s arms.

you hear your niece call while you were in the kitchen preparing her tea time snack.

turning around, you felt a pair of hands around your waist as san greeted you with a kiss.

“i guess we’re playing with the little princess today hm?”

“yeah. sorry san, my sister dropped her off without me knowing either.”

“don’t worry babe, you’ll get your cuddles in a bit” he whispers before picking up your niece on his shoulders to play airplane with her.

0739 you felt shuffling around you as you stirred from your sleep. as seungcheol moved to get out of bed - you whined and held on to his wrist. “cheol ... noooo... stay here...”   chuckling at your antics, it didn’t take him long to make a decision. as he climbed back into bed, he tucked your head under his chin and pressed a kiss to the top of your head. “sleep tight baby”

to wonwoo, you were his definition of literal sunshine. 

and to everyone else, he was seen as the epitome of cold and uncaring. well, that definitely didn’t stop you from becoming his best friend six years ago - when you saw him walking home in the rain after class one day. You jogged over to him to share some cover under your polka dotted umbrella and the rest was history. but things were becoming… different for him lately. he realised that he had started picking up things he never noticed about you before,  like how you always had a hair tie on your wrist; how you preferred to have tea over coffee; the way your eyes lit up as you talked about your day; and even the way your tongue peeks out when you worked on your own assignments. "wonuuuuu! i wanna get the candied apples! i heard they have it only at this festival!" most importantly, the way his heartbeat sped up as you grabbed his hand to pull him to the store? yeah, he's in love (with you).

“hey babe?”

“yeah?”

“thank you, for everything. thank you for being born, for smiling, for being the bestest friend and boyfriend i could ever wish for. thank you for being my strength when i’m about to lose faith, thank you for never giving up on me. i hope you know that you mean the world to me.”

“anything for you princess, anything.”

“happy birthday johnny. i love you.”
