To wit, a person who feels too much is human. A person who acts upon those feelings is a monster.
How would you describe the decay of humanity then? (r.c)

I have learned much of decadence through the eyes of a god. Moderation is optional.
Let it be as it is written. - r.c.
We are willing to keep secrets to strangers than love our own family.
premises #4 (r.c.)
You may have been born from royalty but I am divinity.
‘God’ is too formal. (r.c.)
i wonder if those once-lovers still keep secrets. when her friends are mocking him, does she hold back from telling them that’s he was too insecure. when his friends degrade her of her weight, does he bit his tongue — he knows she had surgery done to look the way she does. do these secrets have an expiration date ? at what point to you release these secrets? i wonder if people still hold onto these small moments, even if it’s been years. do you think these secrets are fragile? do you think they are worth keeping?
Her over there? Oh, she's worth more than what she strives to be.
premises #3 (r.c.)
i. i wrote to you in hope of finding an answer. not about you, about me. when you didn’t answer, i found my answer
ii. laughing with friends and loved ones is joyful and pure. but when i’m laughing by myself, i’m here. i’m watching cat videos without a care and it feels good. i’m watching people giving away food to the homeless and i makes me cry with joy. and i’m laughing and laughing and it’s the purest moment of me i’ll always experience
iii. i get to fight for what i deserve. i’m tired of saying otherwise. i’m tired of explaining that to people who don’t want to hear it in the first place— so don’t ask me to explain
iv. memories are devices of torture. they lurk the corners of hidden pasts. they stalk through the streets of abandoned dreams. they gaze past the windows of the soul and see something worth destroying. on bad days.
v. my favorite moment of you? i caught you smiling and you didn’t stop— you didn’t even know you were smiling. why are you smiling? i’m smiling? i want more moments like that.
kindness will always precede humanity because humanity is learned
kindness is innate
