Lawrence wasn't exactly the best father to Beka either, his belt always being the go-to thing whenever she stepped off the line for even an inch of a second. He DID try his best to be the best dad for her, but due to his massive spiral, all it did was just end with him hanging himself and Beka finding the body.

Beta was her uncle, however he was incredibley selfish. Not AS selfish as Alice, however he was greedy for the spotlight and despised it when Ink finally took his place. Even when he had a chance in the new batim trailer for chapter 5, he was later cut, which upsetted him terribly. Beta was moreso emotionally abusive than physical.

but of course, his selfishness later ended up getting him killed (reasons are unknown, though the gang speculated one of the members got to him)

however... its not all bad! ^_^

Beka often visited the Can't Be Erased AU, and found more comfort in the alice there, rather than the alice at scripts au. Alice was a bit more put together, due to her being a nurse during the world war 1 events. Something that made her stick out was the fact she stopped caring about her looks (mainly because she needed to focus on survival...), and was less crazed.

Eventually some years later, Al and Bob were engaged and now Al is her legal mom lol

Beka does love Alice, however her emotions on the fact that Bob and Al are MARRIED to each other is a bit rocky, but she doesn't really know why 🤷🏼‍♀️
