Scum is a shitpost character that I made a loooooonnnngggg time ago.

He's a version of UF Sans, and literally disgusting. I can't remember how he was created, but it involved a cheeto? I think he fucked himself with a cheeto and ate it or something. Like I said, he's a shitpost character.
