Something was up. Bill wasn’t stupid and he certainly knew when something was going on and being plotted in his own house. Not to mention that despite what they might think, the trio, including his youngest brother, were hardly subtle in their actions and the amount of times they’d disappeared into Griphook’s room to discuss something in hushed voices.

He’d been almost tempted to use on of those Extendable ears.

He hadn’t though, because he trusted them to do the right thing. What his main concern was, however, was that they were dealing with Griphook. He had worked with goblins for years and while he wouldn’t have said that he was a world renowned expert, he knew their nuances rather well. They didn’t have the same notions of ownership and the like that they did and he just hoped that they were careful.

who throws things in a fight ?          Neither one of them. I think when they fight it’s much quieter than that. They stop           speaking until they’re snarky at one another and finally the other asks what’s wrong          and they bicker and work it out and it’s all good. who goes to their parent’s house for a weekend when things get bad ?          Neither one of them. They don’t really fight that hard. And if they did, it would be          Cedric, BC HARRY’S PARENTS ARE DEAD.who wants to have children ? who doesn’t ? if both do, how do their goals differentiate ?          I think Cedric wants children more, to be honest. I think that Harry has this           understanding that while he had some very great parental figures in his life, he           never really had parents, and I think that without realizing it he might fear that he           isn’t sure what to do in an intimate situation. ( example: the sex talk. he would just           ??? ?? )who is more averse to physical contact ?          Neither one of them, really. Harry can be if he’s not feeling too well or if he’s angry,          but they’re normally fine with contact.who hates/dislikes their neighbors the most ?          They both dislike them equally, but Cedric’s a lot nicer to them. Harry avoids them.who hates/dislikes their significant other’s family ?          Cedric, of course. He’s really protective of Harry in any situation where the           Dursleys are involved. Amos is very good to Harry.who thinks their partner turned out a different person than they thought ?         They both surprised each other a bit.who is more likely to cheat ?          Neither one of them. Harry gets pretty uncomfortable at sexual advances and          Cedric is very loyal.who is the more experienced ( sexually or otherwise ) ?          Oh god, definitely Cedric. Poor innocent Harry. He’s caught Cedric off guard a          couple of times, but Cedric is definitely the one with more experience.who hates/dislikes their significant other’s friends ?          They share friends. The Hufflepuffs grew to like Harry more once the tournament          ended.who wants to go to social gatherings the most ?          Cedric, for sure. Harry is more anti-social. He just gets forced into social situations.who is most likely to be dishonest ?          I think these two personally have passed that point. I think they’re really quite          honest with each other, even if they worry it will hurt the other’s feelings.who is more emotionally closed off ? how does this affect their partner ?          Harry, for sure. They’ve both been through a lot, but Harry’s been through a lot           more of it for a lot more of his life. He didn’t really get any emotional support until           he met Hagrid, and I think it takes him quite a while to become completely open.           Cedric is incredibly understanding.who is the dessert person ?          Neither one of them is really into sweets, but Harry collects chocolate frog cards,           so Cedric buys them and eats them with him on occasion.who is more conservative ?          They’re both at a pretty similar level of being conservative. They aren’t too much in         public, but they’re not prudes or anything.who hates/dislikes oral sex ?          Neither one of them. ;)

What does your character do for a living? How do they see their profession? What do they like about it? Dislike?

I have to edit my verse to include all this, but I’ll put it all out here first. After graduating from school, Cedric goes on to join the Ministry of Magic in the steps of his father, aiming to make him proud. He starts out in the Department of International Magical Cooperation, aiming to move to a department that better suits his interests as soon as he gets the chance. 

During his time in the Ministry, Cedric advocates for Harry as he’s still in school, and winds up joining the Order of the Phoenix. He fights in the war and survives, and afterward he decides that life is too short to always try and please his father, no matter how much he loves him. He then becomes a professional Quidditch player. There’s almost nothing he dislikes about Quidditch, but he felt immense pressure in his Ministry job.

Who is your character’s mate? How do they relate to him or her? How did they make their choice?

If he had lived, and if I had gotten my way, then Cedric’s mate would be Harry. He relates to him in a lot of ways, the biggest being their time in the Triwizard Tournament together. He doesn’t think of it as making a choice. His feelings for Harry developed slowly and budded as their friendship did. By the time he realizes he’s in love with Harry, there’s no turning back. It’s completely engulfed him.

What is your character’s weaknesses? Hubris? Pride? Controlling?

I think his biggest weakness would have to be his desperation when someone he loves is in pain. He will do whatever he can-- whatever is right-- to make sure that they are happy and healthy. He will put himself second to make others happy without a second thought.
