Arc of a Scythe Dreamcast
The Toll by Shusterman is the final book in his Scythe trilogy. It picks up 3 years after the events of Thunderhead. Shusterman has a scary view of what the world could be. Scythe Goddard will remind you of a historical dictator. There are a lot of moving pieces here. You really should read the previous books before this one. Not sure how I feel about the ending.
