Seeing red.
I wanted to knit something easy, so here’s an SD13 boy version of the earlier slim mini slouchy socks. (Shown with default Volks SD13 boy foot + Monochrome BJD high heel foot.)
Coordinated.
I might put these up in the shop soon, either separately or as a set, if there’s any interest.
Prototype for a nice sock to wear with hiking boots.
I’ve been hung up on personal (human-sized) projects that had to be finished first, so now that those are done I wanted something straight-forward to ease back into miniature knitting. They need a little bit of adjusting to make them closer to my ideal, but I like where they’re going.
Sneak peek.
I think it’d be fun to make both the scarf and SD13B/SDGrB knee-high striped socks standing made-to-order listings in the shop, depending on interest. Would anyone want to see this? Scarves would be customizable by color; socks would be customizable by colors and stripe patterns. But maybe the scarf is too basic an item... hm.
Starting an easy little project to try and get my focus back.
Sneak peek -- stripey knee-high socks for a commission. I’m very happy with how they turned out, and I hope the customer is, too. I’ll try to get some better photos later this week. *^^*
Sneak peek~
(Astute observers will notice that I ended up tweaking the previous pattern after all, adjusting the height and stripes slightly. I’m very happy that I made the changes, and I love the result. Now to decide if I can bear to part with these...)
