I know we're not supposed to ask about specific state laws but I am travelling (by car) to Tennessee later this summer and because of the extreme fatigue looking up and reading through wordy documents makes me. It is very hard to access this information on my own and I simply don't know of anyone else to ask. What are the laws set in place for service dogs and service dogs in training in Tennessee. (Ie do they need ID's, do they have to be marked, are SDiTs covered?) thanks in advance (:
Unless you’re part of a program or have a Guide Dog, your SDiT doesn’t have PA rights. It doesn’t matter what Tennessee says about IDs because the ADA says Service Dogs don’t have to use them.
