The hourglass back left, the handbag back right, and Marta in the big chair in the center: the Directora 2.0 foreshadowing underlined this scene - as @newsfromthegutter pointed out, "perhaps we'll get our company back one day" while letting herself fall into that chair was not a subtle move.
Neither was it in terms of fanservice: the dark navy/anthracit pinstripes are back (we've talked about this outfit before: Western front shoulder, cording tucks, soft fall but structured shoulder, considerable neckline aka Space For Pearls And Clavicles) - pushing the line between the professional-coded (pinstripes! Dark colors!) and the sensuous (pearls & skin, plus slouch, head tilt, slow blink added by the performer).

Yet another thread running through this episode: subtextual lesbians looking meaningfully at their crushes/significant others while wearing checkered shirts.
Exhibit 1: Luz making an impassioned argument to Begoña about autism, but also she's making up with her wife. (also we're still on the Hands Thread, apparently)
Exhibit 2: Salva giving a from-underneath-my-lashes glances at Tasio for which I would like to hear the directorial cue and/or straight explanation. Because I cannot come up with one, and neither for that hopeful little smile. (Queer Salva after all? He has not looked at any woman like that yet.)
But, Luzgoña making up:

Another thread running through this episode: women being bosses sitting in chairs and doing Things With Their Hands:
Marta de la Reina, manifesting Directora 2.0, but also The Godmother (I-III). Only missing... a cat?
...Digna channeling 18th century boudoir politics between the quilted dressing gown and the Louis XVI chair with the red upholstery. Also nice tie-in between the flowers on the gown and on the bedspread. If I would notice anything beyond that sly smile and the two-second wait before she answers to the knock in the door (hot damn).
But, alas, we are headed into the sequel to Choke On An Olive, Don Agustín Day: it's called Choke On An Olive, Don Agustín Night. (damn it - but also Damián telling Agustín to shove it in the same place where Digna told Agustín to shove it: Dream Couple!!)

This episode had several threads running through it, one of them being women and access to money.
Of course Carmen going off about the gender pay gap was a sight to behold (the line here was not about squeezing until it hurts, and not in a good way, but it might just as well have been) and of course in the period context, she likely wouldn't have done that, but as something that resonates for today's audiences? Yes please.
