Number seventy-three, had some fun with "It's Cosmic". The song style isn't really my cup of tea, but I like the imagery none the less.

[Cattrin is livestreaming a doodle, come watch.] Topic: SPG Dinosaurs!
Come take a peek. Make faces at my music choices. Maybe leave a comment? It'll be fun!
August 17th
[larger version here]
Rabbit: Miss Paige, where's the blue matter solder? Paige: In the fifth hall closet, Rabbit. Paige: What're you- Rabbit: I'm making friends with the solder! Paige: Rabbit, are you building pet giraffes alone again? Rabbit: Nope! G.G. is helping this time! G. G.: I think I'm technically a mother now! Number sixty-five, SPG art prompt "Steam Powered Giraffe the Newspaper Comic". (I interpreted 'cartoon' as 'comic', so, eh.)
/shrugs Kinda lame, but it was a good way to get used to my new dorm room layout.

Whale he was lost in the sky And they said he had died, But I know something more They only found Jimmy's goggles, In his plane upon the floor
Well years went by And she still looked to the sky, Her feelings did not disperse She could fly any plane just like an ace And kept goggles in her purse And she swore she still heard Jimmy singing, "That'll Be the Way Home" It would haunt her from her radio In each sky that she would roam
[From 'Airheart']
Number sixty-three, a second slice from Airheart. Relevant to the first, probably should have been posted first too, but ah well.
Please feel free to leave suggestions for tomorrow's doodle, my asks are always open.
August 10th
Then one fateful day Ended with a storm streaked sky Her plane crashed into the mountain side, Was she flying much too high? They only found Jimmy's goggles In her plane upon the floor I hope she's up there somewhere with him Kissing on a cloudy shore
The birds were singing
Airheart Airheart That girl was meant to fly So prep the runway Airheart Airheart That girl will soar one day [From 'Airheart']
Number sixty-two, Airheart and Jimmy Wright. I think I'll stick to The Ballad of Lily/Airheart a bit, it's a favourite and I haven't done much in the way of doodles on it. I'm back from adventures at Google Cambridge! However, very soon looms the mammoth of my fall semester at college. But don't fret! I still plan to doodle...just maybe not every day. They'll still be SDOTD, for there's the fine print where I didn't call them "consecutive doodles of the day". ;)

"The Spine falls in love with a human warrior woman while battling bad guys with her. They both have katanas and it’s really sweet and awesome and cool and stuff. [...]
Black silhouettes for all the characters during battle, white weapons, colorful hand drawn backdrops."
All the rest they could never compare Your smile showed me that you care And it felt so wonderful All those memories I can't wash them away They are imbedded in my brain And I'm all alone now with these Photographic memories And they'll die on with me [From David's super secret prototype song post] Number sixty-one. Spent a bit longer on this one than normal, but I won't be posting doodles for three weeks due to some important/classified real-life stuff (that unfortunately has nothing to do with the Walter Robotics Expo or any other SPG preformances). Go read David's post for the song and such if you have no idea where this came from. Gee, I'm good at keeping secrets! Anyways, minotaurs, 'cause, why not?
I bet they've got enough horns to fill in the section for the song. Ahahaha. Ha.
Trying out Livestreaming- Come watch me draw.
[I'm drawing my 60th-day SDOTD special live if you'd like to watch.] You'll have to put up with my music taste though. Sorry. Probably won't be looking at the chat, and I've disabled my mic, but come in and take a peek. :)
July 10th- Brass Goggles 1 million view special
Colonel Walter was shocked when he learned from the Nile Copper African elephants turning hostile So he built these wonderful automaton bloaks And a very big steam powered giraffe what smokes [From Brass Goggles] (Look, look! Brass Goggles has 1 million views. c:)
Number fifty-four, a slice of Brass Goggles in celebration of its millionth view.
I'd think Dandy Candy would be a bit like Doug Dimmadome and use 'dandy' as an adjective whenever possible. [Cough, AEH is very close to a million views as well, by the way. Cough, cough, hack, cough.]
