What is the beginning of gentrification? Cuz I've been working in SE DC for months and have basically never seen white people except for the white teachers at the school. But in the last few months I've started seeing more young white people who seem to be on their way to work. And yesterday I saw a white guy walking his dog. And every time I'm thrown like "what are you doing here white person?" But it's happening more and more. :/

Nah in south east we have manners, we at least know what home training IS, I have had more people in north west avoid saying excuse me or acknowledging my space today (and in general) than in any other quadrants combined
