I took a moment to reflect today. A ten year journey is done. My book is ready to go live on Tuesday and everything is finished...or is it? Now that one cycle is done, it's time for the next part of the journey. I have to sing out loud, ring every bell so that everyone knows about it. Speaking out loud and proud of the work I've done IS work, but it's the good kind. I've started to change the way I think. I've been working on letting myself heal and there is a part of my mind that tells me I should push through the fatigue and brain fog and take on the world. That would have been what I did in the past and pushing through always leads to hurting myself.
