Update 1
I feel like EMOFUNK isn't my idea. I know tons of artists who came before me that would fit in the genre of EMOFUNK. What makes my project special is that I'm trying to name this emerging genre of vulnerable rappers, and specifically brought together two worlds that don't exist anywhere else but inside me. The stigmatized genre of Emo music, and the soul and feel good element of Funk.

It is fitting that I live between two lakes, and my greatest fear is drowning. It is also fitting that my new mixtape, Emofunk will be released, April 23rd, on my birthday.
