The Sea of sand of mount bromo is a vast expanse of volcanic sand that surrounds Mount Bromo, forming a caldera with a diameter of about 8-10 kilometers. The sand is grayish brown, the result of a powerful volcanic eruption.
This expanse looks like a small desert in the middle of the mountains, creating a very stunning view. This is the second destination after the sunrise point, and also the route to the Bromo crater.
