Out one rainy Sunday afternoon, during our good friend Rory’s ‘Baker’s Dozen’ holiday, we decided to take a trip down to Yokohama’s Sea Paradise. Which was rather like the Sea World of Yokohama. Admiring a wide variation of sea life, I find the nonchalant float of glowing jellyfish to be absolutely memorising. I stood transfixed to this dance made by lifeforms so simple yet so elegant. I may have a soft spot for jellyfish as you can see by this post.

Out one rainy Sunday afternoon, during our good friend Rory’s ‘Baker’s Dozen’ holiday, we decided to take a trip down to Yokohama’s Sea Paradise. 

In Japan aquariums are popular romantic dating destinations and we can see why! This aquarium being no exception. It was truly stunning as we seemed to enter a new world where the fish swim and fly around us. Complete with glass tunnels and walls that touched the ceiling, you were able to see and experience sea life in a way that is so beyond the normal scope.
