Ingredients: 4 Pork chops, bone-in. 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons Honey. 2 cloves Garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon Dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon Salt. 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper. 2 tablespoons Olive oil. Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C. On both sides, season the pork chops with salt and black pepper. The glaze is made by whisking together honey, ground garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme in a small bowl. A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it. For two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown, sear the pork chops. Spread the glaze out evenly over the pork chops that have been seared. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pork reaches 145F 63C inside. To make the pork chops taste even better while they're baking, baste them a few times with the glaze from the skillet. Take the pork chops out of the oven when they're done and let them rest for a few minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. You can enjoy a tasty meal by pairing these Balsamic Dijon Glazed Pork Chops with your favorite sides. It's perfect for a quick but fancy dinner at home.
